Once completed, all responses are automatically compiled into a centralized assessment summary file, making result calculations effortless and error-free. We’ve built this feature around Google Forms, with results seamlessly integrated into a Microsoft Excel template. However, flexibility is key—so if your organization uses different tools, the system can be customized to fit your workflow.
Inventory document automation: Less paperwork, more productivity
Manual inventory documentation is a thing of the past. With our new automation tools, technical support engineers can now generate equipment-related annexes—including acceptance, return, and ownership transfer forms—with just a few clicks.
This feature integrates directly with GLPI, automatically retrieving hardware data and inserting it into standardized annex templates. And just like our HR features, this integration can be adapted to work with your company’s existing inventory system.
