Referral Program

How does the referral program work?

• If you know IT professionals with the relevant experience, recommend them to consider one of SSA Group’s vacancies.
• Fill out the form below with the referral’s contact data and the vacancy’s URL he or she is interested in. 
• SSA Group’s recruiter will inform you about the result of your referral’s review. 
• The bonus is paid after the candidate has successfully passed the probation period.
• The bonus amount depends on the candidate’s technical level and is defined after the job interview.
• Note, if several people recommended the referral, we consider the recommendation that was received first.
• We don’t review candidates if:
  a) the referral recommends themselves; 
  b) SSA Group’s recruiters received the referral’s CV in the previous three months; 
  c) the referral has no permission to work.
