Project Background
In June 2020, as COVID-19 lockdowns were lifted across the United States, company leaders faced the considerable challenge of how to restart their businesses while ensuring the safety of their employees and customers.
On average, 88 percent of the workforce is expected to be back on-site by December 2020, according to a McKinsey survey.
As part of the guidance for reopening businesses, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided recommendations on how to protect on-site employees. Among these are limiting person-to-person contact, identifying and isolating potentially infectious people, increasing hygiene protocols, and using protective personal equipment.
At-home health surveys are expected to become one of the efficient measures that can prevent the spread of disease and help keep employees safe at their workplaces.
